HSWZ-700 coreless back cover with a roll-up bag-making machine. The machine has two triangular V-folding frames, and the film roll can be folded once or twice.
The bag-making process is designed to seal and punch before folding and re-rolling.
Two V-folds will make the film smaller and the bottom sealed.
Sea rise makes bag making easier.
The HSVZ-700 is a coreless co-rolled star garbage bag bag machine.
The procedure for making bags is to roll the film before folding it V-folding, sealing and perforation before reeling. The machine can seal each layer of high-thickness film over 60 microns. Engineers have the technology to seal LDPE or HDPE membranes into high thicknesses. The machine has a folding design in front of the seal to ensure that the bag has a star seal.
The HSVZ-450X2 is a two-way garbage bag machine, each with a triangular V-folding unit. After the film is extruded with a side-angle support plate, the feed film is folded once, then sealed and punched, so that after sealing, the bottom of the bag will be star-shaped, as shown. The HSVZ-450X2 enables efficient production of garbage bags by automatically replacing plastic rolls. The machine is equipped with a V-folding unit on each production line. EPC equipment will make the bag roll more tight and orderly. Bag making process: first roll the film, then V-folding, sealing and perforation, and finally roll. Bag roll width of up to 300mm, suitable for the market garbage bag requirements.
